PAWS 1st Community Voting Campaign - Terms of Use

By participating in the PAWS voting event, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Participation is voluntary and is intended as an interactive activity for our users.

1. Overview of Campaign

• This voting campaign is organized in accordance with the Terms of Service for Telegram Stars: https://telegram.org/tos/stars

1. Voting Process

• Service: Users can vote for projects to be included in the next season of rewards in the PAWS project

• The voting involves three projects: CATS, X Empire, and Tomarket

• Users may vote multiple times, allowing them to show greater support for specific projects

• Users are allowed to vote for multiple projects from the provided list of options

• Votes are cast using Telegram's Stars currency

• Every 10 Stars is equivalent to 1 vote

• Any amount not divisible evenly by 10 will be rounded up to the next whole vote

• The voting period will last for three days

1. Irrevocable Votes

• Once cast, votes cannot be revoked or withdrawn. All votes are final

1. Rewards for Winning Project’s Community

• The community of the winning project will receive rewards based on the allocations specified in the winning project’s application

• These PAWS reward allocations are calculated solely at the discretion of the PAWS project team

1. Bonus PAWS Points

• Participation in the voting does not provide any direct material rewards

• Users are rewarded with PAWS points for completing quests, not for voting

• PAWS reserves the right to reward all participating users within voting service with additional bonus PAWS points in the future, at its discretion, to recognize their involvement in the voting process

1. Acknowledgment

• By participating in the voting campaign, users agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the authority of PAWS to determine final rewards, allocations, and any additional bonuses

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the voting process at any time without notice
